Our HistoryAviana Technologies was founded in 2009 by a group of Senior level Executives, Directors and Managers who worked in IT and business fields for many years in large Fortune 200 companies such as Siemens/SMS, DHL, General Electric, Wellpoint/Anthem, Ingram Micro, Walt Disney Studios, Paramount Studios, Warner Bros. and KPMG.
Our Principles and Consultants were successful in implementing many of the techniques, procedures, methods and processes that are still used today in those companies. After many years of success and perfecting our methods and techniques, we decided to join forces together to expand and leverage our expertise and work passion - but this time with our own company while at the same time, provide the perfect work-life balance and flexibility we all aspire to. How we OperateWe are selective of our clients and engagements. We avoid jumping into any commitments or work we believe will not be successful to us, or to our prospective clients. This starts with a company's Senior Executive team and their dedicated commitment to effect change.
Our engagements generally come directly from a company's CEO, COO, CIO, CTO, CMO and CFO. We rarely market ourselves. The executives reach out to us to address their immediate business and IT needs; and to complement a Big-4 engagement partner that may be in place. We ultimately take over some of the Big-4 engagement partner roles and continue the engagement relationship with our client. We believe in forming long-term customer relationships that integrate our team into their organization so we can better understand our customer's challenges and pain points, and work together to create, develop and integrate the right, most innovative, cost effective and correct solutions for our clients to be successful today, and into the future. At the end, our primary mission and goals are to make our customers and their company better than before, and more successful in the future. |
